- On the Tools menu click Internet Options... [+]
- Select the Privacy tab and click the Advanced... button [+]
- Select the Override automatic cookie handling checkbox, set both "First-" and "Third-party Cookies" to Accept, and select the Always allow session cookies checkbox [+]
- Click OK on both dialog boxes
- Go to www.coasecure.com to log in

- On the Tools menu click Options [+]
- Select the Privacy tab at the top, then the Cookies tab below
- Select the Allow sites to set Cookies checkbox, set the "Keep Cookies" dropdown to until they expire [+]
- Click OK
- Go to www.coasecure.com to log in

- On the Tools --> Quick preferences menu, make sure that Enable cookies is checked [+]

- Select the Security tab, highlight the Internet Web content zone and click the Custom Level... button [+]
- Scroll down to the Scripting section and make sure that all three of it's subsections are set to Enable [+]
- Click OK on both dialog boxes

- Select the Content tab at the top
- Select the Enable JavaScript checkbox [+]
- Click OK
