Your back office got a new look, and some exciting new features - 04/28/2008


TeleCenter™ 3.0! – This new release includes all of the original features you have come to rely on plus some extraordinary new ones all presented in a FRESH, NEW DESIGN!

  • Like getting notified of new messages or faxes via email or phone?  With TeleCenter™ 3.0 you have the option to be notified via SMS (text message) on your cell phone!
  • Tired of having to listen to your old messages before getting to the newest ones when you call into your TeleCenter™?  You are now able to set the PLAYBACK ORDER so you can hear the NEWEST MESSAGES FIRST!
  • FAXOUT feature – fax a document right from your back office – you upload your document and we convert it to the proper format for faxing!
  • New!(coming soon) Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) – Use your TeleCenter to distribute calls to a defined list of PBX extensions. Set up your PBX extensions with Call Forwarding to the participant’s phone number(s), set up an ACD Extension, and assign PBX extensions to that ACD extension. Watch calls come into your ACD extension and route to a participant’s extension. You can set the distribution to Round Robin or Next Available, monitor calls in the queue, and view statistics including average wait time.

FocalPoint™ (coming soon) – COA FocalPoint™ is a tool to build contacts and follow up on them using your web browser.  The application will include Leads Management, Contact Management, Auto Responder emails, Broadcast emails, Replicated Sites, Resource Center Management and Website traffic statistics.
Under Contact Management, you will have the ability to perform a basic as well as an advanced search.  Most of the contact operations can be performed while remaining on the same screen.
Autoresponder email will allow you to trigger a series of messages automatically based on your prospects' registration process and respective schedule.
Broadcast email will allow you to send an immediate or a future dated email message to one or more group(s) of contacts.
Focal Point allows each member to have a Replicated website patterned after the corporate site, with automatically customized contact (and other) details.
Resource Center plays an important role for the company in communicating, educating and training the users of the system.
The system will inform you (and your contacts) of various events via Email, Mobile SMS (text message) alerts and entries on the Replicated website.
